Bylaw Reviews and Officer Elections

• Membership Dues were collected
  • Clay collected dues and receipts were handed out

• ByLaws were read by jur1st
  • All bylaws were voted on and or otherwise discussed before being passed
  • This took a long time, but pretty sure we impressed the hunnies in the room next to us with our civil actions
  • All bylays passed unanimously with heavy discussion on Article VII - which was amended
